without asking permission of slow moving time.
The fountain remains in the same place,
watching solitude depart and return.
Os anos passam como folhas ao vento,
sem pedir permissão ao tempo que avança lento.
A fonte permanece no mesmo lugar,
vendo a solidão partir e regressar.
